Prayer
Band
It’s working! The Prayer band is making a difference in peoples
everyday lives. Many of you have shared how effective this simple
little band on your hand is helping you to pray daily. If you
have been praying with the rest of Harmony you should have about
25 marks on your band. Two more weeks to go! Let’s dig in
and really storm the heavens.
Easter
is the Day for?
Easter is a great day for family, eggs, new outfits, candy baskets
AND inviting visitors! People are expected to go to church on
Easter so why not use it as a way to invite your friends and family
to Harmony. We would like to pack the house with at least 175
people. This will be a Sunday with lots of surprises and a great
uplifting message. Don’t miss this opportunity!
Testing
1…2…3… Testimonies
We are in the middle of our Testing 1…2…3… series.
We want to give Harmony an opportunity to share how God has been
working in your lives. So if you would like an opportunity to
share about what God is doing in your life, get ready! On Sunday
April 1st we ask for you to step up and glorify God in your word
and testimony. You can notify Pastor Garth about your desire to
share that day.
Sign
up Sign up for Jesus
Remember the old children’s church song “Stand up stand
up for Jesus”? We are asking you to sign up sign up for Harmony
for the sake of Jesus. We have new sign up sheets for you to sign
up for: Early morning set up, youth workers, Children’s workers,
pick up college students, visitor booth, offering counters. Look
for the sign up’s this Sunday!
Children
Ministry – Passage
This Past Week Pastor Dan and Alicia have started a new children’s
program and it is amazing. A trusted source has called it the
best it has ever been. Don’t forget to invite your friends
to this new program. Children’s ministry now starts at 10am!

Men’s
Bible Study
This Saturday’s men’s Bible study has been postponed
to next week. It has been a great study of 1 Timothy. Men you
are still invited to join us during this time. Read the first
chapter and come with questions. 10am at Inta Juice in Lakeville
at the corner of Dodd and Cedar.
Additional
notes from Sunday!
In preaching the sermon Sunday I forgot to mention the blessings
one receives from Tithing. There are three mentioned in Scripture
so here they are with a quick reference to there meaning.
God’s
blessings come in many varied ways = Health, child rearing, wisdom,
job promotions, cars run longer, Material possessions, i.e. what
that means is that you will be blessed Emotionally, Spiritually,
Physically, Financially, Socially, Mentally etc…
- to
invoke divine care
– God will watch over you and your life. Think of your
mom growing up who made your lunch, checked your homework, picked
up after you and even helped you pick out an outfit for prom.
She wanted to care over all areas of your life!
- to
confer prosperity
- 3 john 2 I pray you will be blessed with wealth but not beyond
your health, I want you to be blessed but not beyond what you
can handle. God does and will bless you financially. The story
of the talents assures us that as we use our money, time and
talents (this is known as stewardship) for him, that he will
bless us in all those areas with more!
- A
treaty of peace – this may be the best one of all.
To know that all is good between you and God, you know that
you are doing what he wants you to do!
Harmony

Harmony
