Testing 1…2…3
How much do you love your pastor? No, that’s not the topic this Sunday, but can you really love someone who constantly tests you? Does God test us? Can we Test him? This week Pastor Garth will test us all again – will you pass the Test?

Freak’n Kids EVERYWHERE!
Have you stepped into the crazy zone lately? Children’s Church is BOOOMING! This past week Pastor Dan and Alicia had over 16 in their room. But they need help! If you are interested in helping serve our beautiful bouncing babes, boys and beauties please respond to this email! Pastor Dan will get back to you!

Great Idea!
This past week someone wanted to sign up for set up crew…. Uh, wait a second we don’t have a sign up – but we will this week! If you can help set up please see the back table for the sign up sheet. Remember we simply need help between the 7:30 am to 8:15 time slot.

Youth and Parents
Ascension Convention is coming up soon. Make sure all forms are filled out and handed into Pastor Jody ASAP. Cost is $150 for 3 days and 2 nights in Chicago! Great bands, speakers and lots of fun!

If you Missed Sunday DON'T MISS THIS!
This past Sunday we all took the challenge to Test ourselves through prayer. It is simple and if you were not there you can still get in on it! HOW? Sunday's Sermon was about Daniel and his lifestyle of prayer. He prayed 3 times a day and we see in Chapter 10 of Daniel that it took 3 weeks before he saw an answer. We also learned that there are heavenly forces that try to stop our prayers. Read Daniel 10 for more insight.

So what's the challenge? We passed out Thick Rubber Bands to wear around our wrists. Then I asked everyone to pray at least 3 times a day and to mark on there band with a Sharpie Marker every time they did this.
Why?

1. As a simple reminder to build the habit of prayer
2. It will grab peoples attention and they will ask what it is about - great opportunity for you to share about Christ or Harmony.
3. You will pray more! Thus you will begin to hear God's voice clearer and clearer through out the day.
4. You will recieve answers to your prayers. We distinguished the difference between gettting our answers and getting God's answers. So listen close to his still small voice.

Take the Challenge for the Next 3 weeks! Let's share testimonies as to what God is doing!

Harmony is a Bible-based independent church affiliated with the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies and located in Lakeville, Minnesota.
